Daniel Patrick Moore is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in civil litigation, representing financial institutions, community associations, and various business and individual clients in complex legal matters. With a career spanning over a decade, Dan has honed his expertise in trial and appellate litigation, consistently delivering favorable outcomes for his clients.


    Dan’s work experience has included working with larger law firms as well as smaller firms more accustomed to providing excellent client service to local Georgia individuals and businesses. His legal acumen encompasses a wide range of areas, including real estate, mortgage defense, homeowner’s association law, and property damage.


With a strong educational foundation from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law (Juris Doctor) and Elon University (Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science), Daniel combines his legal knowledge with a passion for client advocacy. His commitment to excellence and integrity makes him a trusted advisor and formidable advocate in the courtroom.


Outside of his legal practice, Daniel enjoys staying involved in his community and continuously seeks opportunities for professional growth and development. He is active in many ministries at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church in Brookhaven Georgia. You will also find Dan with his lovely wife, Sharon, at Braves, Falcons, Atlanta United, and Hawks games and when Sharon gets her way the Atlanta Symphony.
